History
1972
Foundation of FIDES Rechenzentrum GmbH in Munich as a subsidiary of FIDES Treuhandgesellschaft Zürich (later FIDES Informatik). In the pre-PC era, activities focused on IT consulting, data center services and project support in structural engineering.
1982
Start of the sales partnership with the Katz-Fink-Stieda office, which later became SOFiSTiK AG.
1987
Change of name to FIDES (Deutschland) GmbH with headquarters in Düsseldorf.
1993
Change of name to FIDES Informatik GmbH with headquarters in Frankfurt.
1995
Foundation of FIDES DV-Partner GmbH in Munich as part of a management buy-out.
1996
Cooperation with SOFiSTiK Hellas in Athens.
1997
Foundation of FIDES DV-Partner Systemhaus Berlin GmbH as a joint subsidiary of FIDES DV-Partner in Mainz and Munich.
2005
FIDES DV-Partner Systemhaus Rhein-Main GmbH will be renamed SOFiSTiK Service GmbH under the management of SOFiSTiK AG as of 14 October and will cease to be FIDES Systemhaus.
2006
The shares in FIDES DV-Partner Systemhaus Berlin GmbH, which were previously held by SOFiSTiK Service GmbH in Mainz, were sold by the managing director, Mr. Edgar Rübberdt has been taken over.
2007
In January 2007, Jürgen Schmidt took over the position of Managing Director at FIDES-DV-Partner Systemhaus Berlin
2009
In December 2009, Jürgen Schmidt took over the position of Managing Director at FIDES-DV-Partner GmbH in Munich.
2018
Dr Protopsaltis joined FIDES-DV-Partner in Munich as an additional managing director in January 2018.
